I’m sure this is a random receptionist/billing thing. But in my imagination, it’s funny to think of my therapist letting my insurance company know what we talk about each week.
Plenty of training to do. But… he’s decided to keep an eye on me. I’m so frickin grateful. The earnest concern is something I couldn’t train. We’ll figure out the details.
HelperGoodBoy’s training is a lil slow on being ready for public access (distractable adolescent friendly sniffy boy)…
But.
He’s decided to take on looking after me. He’s noticing when I’m not ok. I panic, he sits right next to me and leans into me.
He’s a doggy. He’s a year old. He’s allowed to be imperfect. Meanwhile… he’s taken it upon himself to go get Bestfrienddudelove and herd him toward me if he needs backup. He smooshes himself into my lap even if there’s not really room if I’m panicking.
Anyone have a recommendation of a site you go to for tv/streaming/movie trigger warnings? I love horror, sci fi, and fantasy, but need to “spoiler” myself so I can either avoid or prepare for triggers, depending upon how my mental health is doing.
I often read synopses on Wikipedia or IMDB (but occasionally those are bad enough to be triggering themselves), and I often check parental review on rotten tomatoes, or just google… but I would LOVE a reliable database citing episodes and times of triggers
