No. John was insufficient because it was instituted by a man. Jesus’ form of baptism was divinely instituted. If Jesus himself taught its necessity(spoiler alert he did) only a fool would argue otherwise. That being said what is ordinarily required of humanity can of course be waived by God at His divine discretion.
