THIS IS JUDGE GARY WOODHALL
He has allowed convicted paedophile Alan Clutterbuck who had 34,569 incident images of children some of which were BABIES!! walk from his court room on a community order.
Meanwhile this EXACT same judge has jailed people for social media posts.
A man has been convicted after killing a ‘beautiful’ young mom in Oldbury and attempting to cover up her murder.
Lily Whitehouse, aged 19, was found by paramedics with serious injuries in Park Street, Oldbury on 5 November just after 9.40pm. Sadly, she died from her injuries at the scene.
Lily was found with her partner, Mohammed Azim who claimed that she had been hit by a vehicle.
Azim had called 999 and told the ambulance service that she ‘had been run over’ and ‘it literally just happened’. He said she ‘was in his truck’.
When police officers attended the scene, he said he picked Lily up and dropped her on Park Street and as she was crossing the road she was hit by a vehicle.
As part of the investigation, officers reviewed CCTV footage and found the true version of events.
Earlier on in the evening, Azim picked Lily up from Dudley and then drove to Old Park Lane instead of driving her home.
CCTV showed Lily walking along the road before Azim’s truck hit her.
He then drove to nearby Park Street, while calling 999, and opened the passenger door, removing Lily from the truck.
Azim then drove to nearby Park Street and whilst driving called 999.
When police interviewed Azim, he provided no account for what happened to Lily.
But the evidence showed he had driven into Lily and killed her.
He was consequently charged with murder. Following a trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court, Azim of Tividale Road, Oldbury was he today found guilty of murder.
In tribute, Lily’s family said: “While nothing can ever bring Lily back, we take some comfort in knowing that justice has been served.
“There are no words that can truly capture the pain of losing Lily so young and full of life. Our hearts are broken by this senseless act .
"At just 19 years old, Lily’s life was taken far too soon, leaving behind dreams unfulfilled and our family forever changed.
“We mourn not only the loss of her but also the future that was stolen. The brutal murder of our Lily has left our family in profound grief and disbelief.
"Her life was taken far too soon, and the pain of this loss is unimaginable.
“Our hearts ache for the years she was denied, but our love for her will never fade .
"Lily precious, your life was a gift, your loss is a tragedy, and your memory will be cherished forever.”

💥 MAJOR BREAKING NEWS - 2 MEN SENTENCED FOR A ARSON ATTACK TARGETING THE PM
In May 2025, a series of suspicious fires targeting properties linked to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer triggered one of the most significant criminal investigations involving a serving British Prime Minister in recent years
Roman Lavrynovych, 22, of Sydenham, London, has been sentenced to seven years' imprisonment for plotting to damage property and damaging two properties by fire, being reckless as to whether life was endangered.
However, Justice Garnham says he will serve "up to four years and eight months in custody".
"You will then be released and serve the remainder of your sentence on licence."
Stanislav Carpiuc, 27, was sentenced to two years, but Garnham says he will "serve up to one year in custody" and the remainder will be spent on licence.
The incidents began on 8 May when a Toyota RAV4 that had previously belonged to Starmer was deliberately set on fire in Kentish Town, north London. At first, the blaze appeared to be an isolated act of vandalism, but investigators soon realised it was part of a wider pattern.
Three days later, on 11 May, firefighters were called to a small fire at the entrance of a property in Islington where Starmer had previously lived before it was converted into flats. Then, in the early hours of 12 May, a fire damaged the doorway of Starmer’s former family home in Kentish Town.
The property was being occupied by members of his extended family, including his sister-in-law and her family. Fortunately, nobody was injured, although the circumstances created a serious risk to life.
Because all three incidents involved properties connected to the Prime Minister, the Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command took charge of the investigation. Detectives quickly concluded that the attacks were unlikely to be a coincidence, noting that three separate fires involving property linked to the same person within a matter of days strongly suggested a coordinated operation.
Within days, police arrested a 21-year-old Ukrainian national, Roman Lavrynovych. He was later charged with multiple arson offences. Further arrests followed, including Romanian national Stanislav Carpiuc and Ukrainian national Petro Pochynok, as investigators uncovered evidence of a wider conspiracy.
During court proceedings at the Old Bailey, prosecutors revealed that the attacks had allegedly been organised through Telegram by an individual using the alias “El Money”.
Evidence showed that cryptocurrency payments had been offered in exchange for carrying out the attacks and filming them. Hundreds of messages recovered from phones suggested that Lavrynovych had been promised around £3,000 worth of cryptocurrency for the operation.
The case attracted international attention after evidence emerged suggesting that the mysterious handler may have had links to Russian-speaking networks.
Investigators found communications in both Russian and Ukrainian, and prosecutors alleged that the men had been recruited remotely through online messaging platforms. However, despite speculation about foreign involvement, authorities stated that no direct link to a hostile state had been proven in court.
Lavrynovych admitted setting the fires but claimed he did not know the properties were connected to the Prime Minister. Prosecutors argued that whether or not he knew the significance of the targets, the attacks were deliberate, coordinated and reckless, creating a clear risk to anyone inside the buildings.
In June 2026, a jury at the Old Bailey found Lavrynovych guilty of carrying out the attacks and convicted Carpiuc of conspiracy offences connected to the arson campaign. Pochynok was acquitted. The court heard that the attacks formed part of a planned operation carried out over several days against multiple properties associated with PM Starmer.
