What harmed her was her admittance that she was in direct contact with @adamdeitch, exposing her to future conspiracy charges, and probably much more. That recording also put @adamdeitch in SUCH a tailspin that he quit his “dream job” and sold his condo within like a week of it being aired! You really can’t comprehend how BAD that leaked recording was for all involved? Just look at the aftermath. Adam isn’t running for DA because he wants to “save Norfolk county” - he’s running to save his own ass!! And that’s all thanks to the award winning journalist, himself! 🤣

I’ll be incredibly surprised if any new charges arise at this point. I expected to possibly see Wendi and her dad charged with accessory after the fact, but I think Wendi has played a very safe and calculated game from the very beginning. Looking at the conviction requirements, I don’t even think they would have that. Her murder case would mostly hinge on eyewitness testimony along with her changed stories about driving by the crime scene, but I’m pretty sure those were said under some sort of immunity. So my expectations for any future charges are pretty much null, unfortunately
