I did not watch Dawson’s Creek or really know who James Van Der Beek was, but this loss hits hard because it’s another young father/husband who has passed. Even though I didn’t know his work, his loss parallels Chadwick Boseman, and it’s incredibly sad. #RIP #jamesvanderbeek

They did not. Now I’m frustrated and wanted everyone to know to spend a little extra for your appliances and not get any GE appliances. Your time and money is valuable. GE is absolutely terrible! #LessonLearned

I have had the most unfortunate time with @GEAppliancesCo appliances. Firstly, it was our microwave that conked out, replaced it. Then it was our dishwasher that stopped working, replaced that for a #Whirlpool product and has been working well. For these products…

I did not call or complain to GE directly. Then, our cooktop stopped working. I called @GEAppliancesCo who informed me of a recall, and later stated I was misinformed. I kindly requested they make it right because I was not told this in the original phone calls I made…

I also called customer relations who stated and confirmed the above. Technician came today and got on the phone with his representative who states I was misinformed (which isn’t my fault), and said it would cost $210. Poor customer service on GE’s part.

@GEAppliancesCo Had a cooktop of which one of the burner’s conked out. Called GE as it was out of warranty who assured me that there was a product recall and that since it was a defect with the product, it would be replaced or fixed free of charge.

Fast forward to today and I was charged $150 for the service from my autopay account. Poor customer service from @FrontierCorp

@FrontierCorp Back in December, I had called Frontier to come and adjust a wire that was installed incorrectly, and I kindly had them relocate the wire. I was told it would be $150 for the technician to come, upon which I spoke to a manager, who was kind enough to waive the fee
