I understand this. These are normal people that rely on day trading and they have been waiting for over 30days . Market is changing every week and how is it fair if the wait time is 30days . @MEXC_Builders @MexC Thank you for your response. I'm worried about my funds frozen for 365 days. Your FAQ Point 10 mentions "special team for prompt resolution" but support said they can't help. I've traded since 2023 with no violations. Could you connect me with this team?

Their "risk control" = 365-day account blocks with zero explanation. Promise "quick resolution" in FAQ but reality = 1
