@LouisM41418@jakestrading18 Geez!! Whats got your knickers in a twist champ?
I commented out of simple disbelief. Learn to question things that don't sound logical and stop being a bloody sheep.
Please don't start a comment war now. Cheers
@Greenwud2@stephencarlin you are using money from the card to pay back the maxxed out card. You don't have anything left to spend?
Or are you saying you get a new card every time one is maxxed out?
@Greenwud2@stephencarlin Wouldnt this go like this?
1. Use 5k from Credit Card 1 (Card 1 Maxxed out)
2. Pay the balance end off month using Credit Card 2 (Card 2 Maxxed out)
3. Pay Credit Card 2 using Credit Card 1 ( Card 1 Maxxed out)
Repeat 2 and 3. You dont have money to use?
@MickamiousG Yeah, better to have a home you can call your own than queue up for rental inspections every year. As long as the loan is serviceable for a PPOR, what does the house price really have to do with it?
@aashnamm@EurozHartleys@LodestarASX Nevermind. I just understood what you mean.
Correct me if I am wrong, you mean to say raise at 4c which is about 200% from current sp of 1.8c?
@big_shaneoh@bowtiedstocks@SpachusAus Thanks for clarifying. Few more questions π
why would they be forced to sell? Wouldn't they get stuck with a loan higher than the house value? Or do back force the lvr to be 100?
