@AlexCarten_ Pretty sure I just watched Grace Hopper not 'proving the engineers had been lying' about anything. Also, the same 1/1000 intuition can be obtained by simply looking at a 1m ruler and a single 1mm gradation on it. 1 millionth is one gradation on one such ruler, scaled down to 1mm.
