@ClueHeywood Linda stayed 1.5yrs. Renovations cost a lot of money, need to be recouped. Only thing she couldn’t handle was a new computer system. She didn’t want to learn and decided to retire. The place is four times as busy as it was the first year. That’s called successful/legendary!
@ClueHeywood Linda was never fired, neither was any OG staff. Lease was up and the landlord demanded change. I negotiated to have one year to run it as is, get to know the regs and then update it. Other option was to close. I was devastated when Linda quit, but she couldn’t handle change. 💡
