As a doctor, I highly agree that 'clumsiness' shouldn't be casually dismissed. In medical literature, recurring incidents like losing balance on stairs, frequent tripping, or dropping objects are often rooted in a disruption of the body's proprioceptive system the complex network that allows the brain to subconsciously map out muscle position and spatial distance (as i know and i learn)
Furthermore, clinical studies show that chronic fatigue from demanding schedules drastically slows down neurological reflexes, making a person significantly more vulnerable to missteps.
When a pattern consistently leads to physical trauma, it warrants a comprehensive neurological and sensory evaluation😢
