@pajaczek_ I genuinely don't see it. Like yes, the characters are drawn shapely but I can still gleam something about them, their situation, or their characters. I think a more reasonable complaint isn't about the breasts but how simple it is- though that's more subjective tbh
@pajaczek_ I recognized her easily myself, so I can't say your first complaint holds much water to me. And the other is a poor one for a separate reason. Ultimately, it seems like she's drawing sexy women because she likes doing so. I really don't find the idea of (1/2)
@pajaczek_ For this to hold weight you'd have to argue that she's actually having any character taken from her on this singular variant cover where she's determinedly looking at the viewer. What changed character-wise? :v
@pajaczek_ It isn't objectification, it's sex appeal. There's a pretty obvious difference between a character who's only there to look sexy and a well written character who can also look sexy, but a lot of people like yourself either can't or choose not to tell the difference :v
@pajaczek_@ChristoDuPless6@aghostreally Sex sells? Are you sure? I've literally never heard about sexual attraction being used to garner attention or positive associations before. Have you called the local news? We need this finding out there!
Like yeah I'm being silly but c'mon man you can't be serious
@awl0pe Until people actually get those means, the concern is just yelling into the wind- especially with examples like Steel Ball Run that took two decades for an official English translation
