Although the results of the election were not what I had hoped, I want to thank all the nice people who supported me. I have been blessed with a long and wonderful career as a Judge and the last 4 years as Hamilton County Recorder. I will miss my wonderful staff!
Steve Adams started his legal career in 1990 as my Law Clerk. From there he went to the prosecutor’s office and later to private law practice. He was one of a kind. Great lawyer, great family man and a great friend. I will always have a special place in my heart for Steve.
As a former Judge and Federal Prosecutor, I thought the most absurd part of the first presidential debate was when Mr. Biden suggested police take along a psychiatrist when responding to 911 calls. Unfortunately, the former Vice-President was serious.
Thumbs up to councilwoman Betsy Sundermann for attempting to get a majority of Council to take a stand on not defunding Cincinnati Police. Unfortunately, a majority refused. Council majority missed an opportunity to BACK THE BLUE. Shame on them!
Thumbs up to the Attorney General William Barr for telling federal prosecutors around the country to be aggressive when charging violent demonstrators with crimes. As many anti-police mayors in large cities pander to violent protestors, the federal government is forced to step in
As weak public officials in many large cities continue to pander to violent protestors, citizens have watched as rioters burned and looted businesses that people spent a lifetime building. These weak leaders prefer blaming the President rather than protecting law abiding citizens
Thumbs up to Mayor John Cranley for his proposal to have fares from the streetcar help pay for Police overtime in high crime areas.
With increase violent crime in our city, I am sure streetcar riders would be willing to help pay for safer streets. #recordernadel2020
I fully support the Men and Women in Blue and honor those who have tragically fallen, defending our community in the line of duty. #recordernadel2020 If you like it - Share it!
Thumbs up to our local Republican Party for strongly opposing the Defund the Police Issue. Cincinnati is not only in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, but we are also in the midst of a violent crime pandemic. It's time stand up and show our support for the men and women in blue
The organizers of the Defund the Police Movement are attempting to get that issue on the November ballot for Cincinnati voters. An overwhelming rejection by voters would strengthen public safety and boost police morale. After this weekend of violence how would this work out?
With your support, I promise to continue to fight for Taxpayers, Property Owners and the Men and Women in Blue!

I guess I wasn’t the LONE RANGER on opposing a huge property tax increase. Great Parks of Hamilton County wisely withdrew their request. Again, Nadel says NO! #recordernadel2020 If you like it – Share it!
