Hi I am looking for some ideas/lessons (PE) for a very small group of students with complex learning and processing needs. Our SEND school has predominantly ASD students following a secondary school model but are perhaps performing at year 1 level. Any advice welcome!

@teachwellall 100%. And coupled with a culture of bullying this is why I left a certain school. Where I am now there is a completely different culture with balance and support for staff and students.

@PaulGarvey4 Yes it was. Dozey from him but still not in the spirit. At most levels of cricket the captain would have withdrawn it. It was essentially the end of the over. I know not in law but certainly in spirit.

@RogersHistory I worked with a whole SLT who did it. Used it to determine whether they would make pay progression. That’s why I left the school.

@RogersHistory Haven’t left just moved away from a toxic environment where I was SLT to a fantastic school with a totally opposite culture where I am now head of a curriculum area. I cannot put into words the amazing effect this has had on my life and mental health. There are schools out there.
