Let’s do a small experiment. This is for everyone who says they do not have time.

Take out your mobile, and go to screen time.
And check how much time you are spending on social media.
I have attached a picture of me using social media. Even though yesterday was the first working day, and I thought I worked very well, I spent more than one hour on TikTok.
Now, in that one hour and twenty minutes, or at least twenty to twenty-five minutes, I posted the content, but I am sure I did not post the content for almost one hour and twenty minutes. I am watching reels.
This is what all of us are doing, so if we want to achieve some goal, and those goals are critical
Here is the real time we need to control it
Now, any habit, like using this social media, is a habit
It’s not easy to break, but there are ways to do that
But I’m going to recommend you is add Screen Time so you can put 20 minutes of Screen Time on any social media that you want let’s say TikTok or Instagram just put 20 minute social time and it will give you notification that 20 minutes have passed now that will act as a trigger, and that will really help you to minimize your screen screen time
