ทบทวนความรู้เรื่องกรด Amino หน่อย

Amino acid มี 20+ ตัว
แต่ว่า essential amino acid 9 ตัวเท่านั้นที่เราต้องการกิน เพราะสร้างเองไม่ได้...

แปลว่า ถ้ากินนมโปรตีน ราคาถูกก็ไม่ค��รใส่อะไรที่เราไม่ต้องการ เพราะกินไปก็ไม่ได้จะเกิดประโยชน์อะไร..

จริง ๆ ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องใหม่อะไร พวก Whey protein ราคาถูก ๆ หรืออันไหนที่เรากินแล้วกินถึง มีผลตรวจไม่ตกฉลาก แต่ก็ยังไงร่างกายก็ไม่เปลี่ยน... นี่แหละ นางชอบเอา low quality protein/amino acid ที่มี Amino acid ที่ร่างกายสร้างเองได้ (non-essential amino acid) ยัดลงมา

เลยสามารถทำให้พวก Product high protein บางตัวมีราคาถูกมาก ๆ และมีโปรตีนถึงจริง ๆ แค่เป็นโปรตีนที่ร่างกายไม่ได้อยากได้ เอาไปก็ไม่มีประโยชน์เท่าไหร่เพราะสร้างเองได���อยู่แน้ว~

เมื่อคืนหุ้นลงกันยับ เละเทะ เกิดไรขึ้นบ้าง มาดู!

เมื่อคืนมี 3 เรื่องใหญ่ๆ คือ

1. สงครามยังไม่จบ (US vs Iran) ถึงจะขยาย deadline เจรจาออกไป แต่ตลาด “ไม่เชื่อแล้ว” “ไม่รอแล้ว” พอร์ตสภาพนี้ยังจะให้รออี๊กกกก นักลงทุนบอก “กรูขอขายก่อนละกัน” คือหลายๆ คนก็รู้สึกว่าตอนนี้มันอาจจะยังไม่จบง่ายๆ และพอมีความไม่แน่นอน��ูงแบบนี้ ทุกอย่างก็จะโดนเทขายออกหมด

2. น้ำมันพุ่ง = เงินเฟ้อกลับมา (Brent วิ่งไปแถวๆ $110+) และผลกระทบตามมาเป็นลูกโซ่เลย
- ค่าขนส่งแพง
- ของแพง
- คนเริ่มไม่กล้าใช้เงิน
ตลาดเลยเริ่มกลัวว่า เงินเฟ้อจะกลับมาอีกครั้ง อีกแรงกว่าเดิม

3. หุ้น Big Tech โดนเทแรง เหตุผลหลักๆ คือ
- ลงทุน AI หนักมาก แต่เศรษฐกิจเริ่มตึง
คนเลยเริ่มถามว่า “มันจะคุ้มจริงมั้ย?”

4. Bond yield พุ่ง (10Y พุ่งไป 4.4%+)
แปลว่าอะไร? แ���ลว่า Fed อาจ “ลดดอกเบี้ยไม่ได้ง่ายๆ” เพราะเงินเฟ้อยังไม่ลง คือคนหวังให้ Fed ลดดอกลง จะได้ดีต่อตลาดหุ้น แต่พอมาแบบนี้แล้ว ตลาดหุ้นเลยไม่ค่อยมีความหวังให้วิ่งต่อ

สรุปสั้นๆ
ตลาดตอนนี้ไม่ได้กลัวอย่างเดียว แต่มันกลัว “สองอย่างพร้อมกัน” คือ
- กลัว��งคราม
- กลัวเงินเฟ้อ

และพอ 2 อย่างนี้มาพร้อมกัน หุ้นเลยโดนเทหนักชนิดที่แบบ ไม่ต้องคิดเยอะ ขอขายก่อนค่อยว่ากัน

The repo, called "0g-compute-skills" for Claude Code, is essentially a specialised knowledge base + system prompts that make Claude an "expert on 0G Compute" and force it to output the correct commands/patterns for CLI/SDK.

Let me remind you that 0G Compute is a decentralised infrastructure for creating various Dapps related to Inference, Fine-tuning, TEE, and so on.

It's a shame that this wasn't available in the summer of 2025, when I was developing (trying to develop) a platform for interacting with INFT for several months. In the end, I didn't succeed, but it couldn't have worked out then, as it turned out to be almost impossible to do... 🧐
I think that if something similar were to be developed now, it could well work thanks to repositories like this one.

However, more clarification is needed regarding the end date and the criteria for top creators to be eligible bc this information is important.
