@ESBNetworks told when I rang esb networks a power outage planned for today was cancelled but lo and behold the power went off this morning and is still off. I would appreciate a comment on this.

@ESBNetworks rang your helpline yesterday and was told planned outage had been deferred and yet here I am with no power. Any comment on the mixed messages? Nobody told the gentleman on the road this morning that it was not going ahead.
