We are working on something strong and Belgian inspired for Christmas. First step we wake up our multi-strain yeast blend in a bucket. Strains originating at Orval, Achouffe, Chimay and Westmalle are getting to know each other.

Small and perfectly formed. Unless you want alcoholic fruit juice. We can do that with vodka.
