I want to reserve more funding for the actual lodgings/villa's themselves, versus spending more on a giant plot of land at first. Each lodge needs to be meticulously crafted to make it a luxurious and memorable stay. You need to want to come back and tell your friends about it.

Weekend trip did not work out.

-Driveway would be too much maintenance, on a steep hill which makes winters harder than it needs to be for guests.
-Parts of the land were "marshy" and flooded easily
-Approx 3 hours away from the Twin cities. We have a population of 4m people here in the metro and upon research from @isaacfrench_ micro resorts typically should stick within 2 hours

This week and weekend my brother and I are scouting multiple properties within 2 hours of the twin cities and ideally within 15 minutes of a small/medium sized town.

Looking for 3-20 acre plots of land instead of 20+. Need to keep costs.

This land is RIGHT NEXT to the Legendary Superior Hiking Trail & and the C.J. Ramstad North Shore Trail system which has hundreds of miles of premier northern snowmobile trails.

Preparing for a trip up to the North Shore to visit the main prospective property and maybe one more.

Due to the location & the quality of the property i am hoping this location works out. Need to make sure that the 28 acres is suitable land to build 2-4 Villa's on it.

Our vision for this campaign is to keep it fun and keep everyone updated. Will do this by communicating the progress on what's happening.

This week we created our official new logo and brand design!

The aim is to launch the pre-launch of the crowdfund on Indiegogo the first week in November.

The property will be between Two Harbors, Mn and Tofte, MN along the North Shore.
