This is the flour we knead every day to make our bread. It is full of worms and insects, yet we are forced to eat it because we have nothing else. For three years, we have endured this suffering, eating food that no human being should ever have to eat.

Look at my mother. She is cleaning the flour with her own hands right now, trying to prepare it for kneading and baking over a fire, just so we can have something to eat. Sometimes, we light a fire and bake bread with whatever little we have, because buying ready-made bread is beyond our means.

This contaminated flour could make us sick, but hunger cannot wait, and poverty leaves us with no other choice.

Please, don't ignore our suffering. Help us buy clean flour and safe food, or even some ready-made bread. I am not asking for anything extraordinary. I am simply asking for food that won't make us sick and a meal that allows us to live with dignity.

It breaks my heart to keep sharing desperate pleas for help, only to feel invisible, as if our suffering means nothing to anyone. Where is the humanity we all talk about?
