@PowerA Hi, my lower left and lower right paddles on my power a fusion pro controller are unresponsive. I have reached out to Power a support on multiple occasions, and this has yet to be resolved. The first time I reached out was over 2 months ago. I am still waiting on a

part that has not come, and Power A support still marked the case as resolved. This is extremely frustrating as I purchased this controller partially due to the warranty and especially the paddles. This has made the controller unusable for months. My case number is #234101
