@rjohnston4 @ScarvesNSpikes 1) Yeah I’m not sure either. I would love Reilly to get more time however I think he’s still a rougher project than Sanchez and Fortune. Having an experienced 6 would benefit the team in short term and allow Reilly to learn more imo. But overall Reilly is the best 6 we have rn

@rjohnston4 @ScarvesNSpikes Typically it’s instructions from the coach beforehand. They pick vice captains for when a captain may be subbed. Reilly has been here long enough and always does well leading. Don’t mind him getting the armband. He represents the city well imo
