Two women attacked on a pedestrian bridge in Milton Keynes, one in her 30s raped, one in her 50s the victim of an attempted rape.

A 19-year-old and a 22-year-old arrested on suspicion of rape and attempted rape. Both released on bail. Cops still hunting a third man on a bike.

This is modern Britain. Women can’t walk a city bridge without being preyed on, and the system’s response is “arrested and released pending further enquiries.”
