Their phone number is local to Canada only and when my Canadian family called on my behalf they got cut off! Feels impossible when the poor twitter agents have limited info & we can’t talk to an actual agent

@CitImmCanada Hi, I am about to time out on submitting my IEC application but I cannot get to the page to 'Continue application' - I get an Error 502 message. I have tried all the advice eg clearing cache, refreshing etc with no luck. Please could you help me?
