Both things can be true. What I don’t think Mose did well was establish roles and keep accountability. That’s half the battle since almost every coach runs the same plays. Pair that with His poor in-game adjustments and a different rotation almost every night. Not saying Sween can do those things but if he can, we’ve already gotten better.

JUST IN: The Orlando Magic will hire Sean Sweeney as their head coach, league sources told @hoopshype. Sweeney was an associate head coach for the San Antonio Spurs. Prior, he was an assistant coach for the Dallas Mavericks, Detroit Pistons, Milwaukee Bucks, and Brooklyn Nets.
The only way Sean Sweeney coming to the Magic works is if he has really good offensive assistants, possibly former head coaches …if not he’s just Jamahl Mosley if we’re being real
