🚨 BITMART CUSTOMERS WORLDWIDE—PLEASE TRANSLATE AND SHARE.
I spent over 12 hours waiting for support yesterday. Every day, an agent joins the chat, says nothing, and disconnects. All my transfers are frozen, and customer service refuses to provide any answers.
BitMart must immediately explain why verified customers cannot access or transfer their funds.
I hope everyone responsible is identified and held accountable. If customers are being defrauded, those involved must be investigated, prosecuted, and—if convicted—sent to prison.

This type of blanket request from SARS, during verification process is unethical considering the limitations for uploading supporting documents on efiling.
