(Yeah it was with my bare hands) (yeah it was really gross and I scrubbed them for like fifteen minutes after) (the doggy was very well-behaved! Only growled a little when I first opened his jaws. Knew he was being helped.)

Today I pulled a giant dead pigeon out of a choking Burmese mountain dog’s throat and got called a hero for the very first time. I just did what was decent as someone who’s worked professionally with dogs when I saw they needed help, but still. Feels good.

A few days ago I found a dying bird while on a walk and I sat with him and pet him until he passed once professionals had told me there was nothing else to do. I decided to make him immortal the only way I know how.
