In a WILD, unprecedented story coming out of UK basketball in the NIL sphere, Colin Chandler has entered the transfer portal and applied for a waiver with a judge in Sinchester, KY. Colin is seeking another year of KHSAA eligibility in an attempt to play for Josh Cook at GRC.
What an absolutely monster portal run by @coachjoshcook! Mr. Terry is gonna love his new position at the central office.
…
@bruiser1 you’ve conquered KHSAA NIL, I think it’s time to test NCAA. How about sending some of that NIL money to Mark Pope? I know he’d appreciate it
NEWS: 2028 - 6’8 F Andrew Terry (@terry_andrew22) has enrolled at George Rogers Clark, previously at Montgomery County.

George Rogers Clark has more of a fight getting players eligible by the KHSAA than they do competing in the @TenthRegion tournament. What’s the latest on NIL at the high school level @GovAndyBeshear?
Better use of Mason County School tax dollars:
A. Distributed amongst magnet school, athletic programs, & teacher salaries
B. Two updates to the Fieldhouse floor in 12 yrs (after previous one was down for 30+) but ass splinters in the nosebleeds
C. Rick Ross’ salary, just his.
@ukbear03 That’s just the mileage GRC wants you to know about… Now give us the mileage Josh Cook drives to EYBL circuits, AAU tournaments, and Lex ➡️ Sinchester rides to school? Seems like your coach doesn’t mind hitting the road, maybe you should just toughen up with a nickname like Bear
Yes, let’s talk about fair for GRC!! Every school in the 10th Region should mandate their best player enroll in GRC, so Josh Cook’s recruiting job is easier. It’s also beyond fair to make kids drive 2+ hours on a school night to Sinchester multiple times same in the same week.
@BrentSowder@StayHotPodcast All good basketball fans love the fieldhouse. You can't deny the great experience. It's past time to consider equity and establish a fair rotation. A 3 team rotation is the right thing to do.
If you ain’t cheating, you ain’t trying.

Anyone along I-64 looking to hire a guy with experience in winning by way of giving players “impermissible benefits”, Jason is your guy! Heard he’s a top-tier real estate agent on the Section 8 market as well I hear. #MoCoMoProblems
"If I ever coach high school basketball again, I'll go straight to the superintendent... and I'm gonna ask a simple question... "'What have you ever won personally athletically?" Jason Mays goes on No Filter Sports Talk with @cutler1300.

Cannot confirm/deny:
Happy Osbourne offered his Delta flight miles to O’Hearn in exchange for refusing the offer.
…
Happy Osbourne, former one & done MoCo coach, is invested in GRC athletics and knows he would lose recruits to O’Hearn with the budget he once benefited from.
Rumblings that Chris O’Hearn turned down the Montgomery County head coaching position. Word on the street, the law firms in Mt. Sterling were offering an NIL budget that rivals the University of Kentucky along with a retained attorney, among other perks.

Montgomery County ☑️
Where will Jason Mays go to commit his next recruiting violation?
. . .
My suggestion, I think Mays would greatly benefit taking a step back to assistant coach for GRC and taking as many pages as he can out of the Josh Cook-Book of cheating.
Never forget this parody account had so many Sinchesterans bothered that they had to google how to make a burner account to reply. The fakest, backward, most crooked city in KY. How we doing Sin City?! Enjoying that 40th district runner-up from last season? #DistrictChumps
@bruiser1 only hires the best at Tim Short-Sell Auto Fraud Mall! Bill Willoughby, Maysville lot manager, is without a doubt Timmy’s most proud hire.
Some people say they don’t want a data center in Maysville? How about let’s ban Tim Short & Bill Willoughby from doing business!!
