As a parent I feel terrible today. My offspring graduated high school last spring. She has just hit that point where she realizes this is the rest of her life. And, I have no idea how to make her see that it will all be ok. I don't want her to feel...life sucks and then you die.

#WhereWereYou It was before work. I was at the gym trying to lose the last of the baby weight. I saw a group a young the tv's and went to look. I figured someone famous had died. I looked up at the tv right as the 2nd plane hot the towers. Just a normal morning no more.

Update. I don't have appendicitis. I have diverticulitis. So, no surgery just meds, rest and a restricted diet. I can do this!
