I feel like they still Haven’t Learned from 5-6 years ago, Normally don’t call people out for stuff like this but ts is getting ridiculous, And now they expect people to Spend 20-80$ a month on their AI whatever, At least Heavenly and creators that have passion make more Funds.

I know I called out the Chaotic Helleaven guy yesterday for the Yilx trace but pretty much every single image he commissions is traced from something else.

Do your patrons know what their money is going to? Or if anyone asks do you just hide and delete tweets like usual?

[JoeDaVenezuelan🔞 @JoeDaVenezuelan]

I confronted him bcs he was selling animations that traced my work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they said they were willing to change their business model.stealing art seems to be a common practice to them. But still they kept Fern and use AI to promote their brand

After this:

I was under the impression that @Chelleaven learned his lesson.
But seems like now @fern_gts and him decided to go after me.

@GameDevMicah @AUTOMATONJapan @gtsplayground If you even cared You would’ve gave back ownership to @gtsplayground Not fully release the game without permission

Update of the Giantess Playground:

The other party has continued to ignore formal communications from my legal counsel and has refused further discussion.

He currently control the Epic and Steam listings without my authorization, are retaining all revenue from the game, and are proceeding with a Steam release that I have never approved.

I have clearly opposed releasing the game in its current unfinished state! Meanwhile, I have no control over the Epic or Steam platform and cannot provide any updates, maintenance, or ongoing support.

Please understand the current situation and wait for official updates from me. Thank you for your support.

@GameDevMicah This is Literal bullshit, You never made the game nor did the creator direct full ownership toward you. They’re not the ones lying, you are.

[Note @Noteablev6]

People like This don’t deserve to be in this GTS community, Greed or anything like this isn’t ever okay.
Micah Fraudulently stole Giantess Playground from its creator @gtsplayground Micah locked them out of the process of getting it back, What Micah says isn’t true.

[Note @Noteablev6]

Fraudulent activity in the GTS community is never okay NEVER, Nor is it okay to steal someone else’s funds and revenue for greed. Please share this with everyone Repost Share anything to get the message out. @gtsplayground is the rightful owner and creator of Giantess Playground.

[GiantessPlayground @gtsplayground]

giantess playground的steam发行是完全未经我允许的行为！
对方也已经侵占了steam和epic的全部收益！
我正在收集证据！请大家理解。

Indie devs create some UNIQUE and ARTISTIC boss battles that are very MEMORABLE. Lots of Triple A Devs will just give an enemy more health and a scary name and then call it a boss.

Growing in space makes heat lose faster, leaving our little- er, big Emma a lil' breezy, so she turns to the next best heater: the Sun! Sure it may have blinded her before, but its plasma under the bridge now.
