Mehrdad Mohammadi-Nia, a 28-year-old vegetable market worker from Qorveh, and his friend Ashkan Malaki were executed today, only for joining the January protests.

They had done nothing but raise their voices for freedom.

Two young men with dreams, families, and futures reduced to nothing but names on an execution list.

The Islamic Republic continues its silent slaughter, hanging the innocent one by one, while the world looks away.

Another sunrise, another grave, another stolen life.

Mojgan Hasanpour was shot dead a few days ago while visiting her parents' graves in Lahijan.

Why? Because a Basiji accused her of not covering up properly, and she told him off. Then he gunned her down in the middle of the cemetery.

The mandatory hijab law actually never went away. The regime simply backed off in certain pockets of Iran, for purposes of making propaganda aimed at the West.

Gender based oppression remains the reality for the vast majority of Iran.
