Two mistakes here:

Kaguya did not eat the fruit she didn't even get to that part before she was sealed.

The tree itself is a bunch of humans she was harvesting to feed it and the chakra tree is the ten tails.

This is actually one of the most important but often misunderstood parts of Naruto lore.

All the Tailed Beasts (1 to 9 tails) originated from a single entity; the Ten-Tails (Juubi).

The Juubi was Kaguya Ōtsutsuki’s power after she ate the Chakra Fruit from the God Tree.
Hagoromo (the Sage of Six Paths), her son, later split the Ten-Tails into the nine Tailed Beasts to prevent it from destroying the world again.

So technically:

- Their original parent is Kaguya (the source of the chakra).
- Hagoromo is the one who divided them into the current beasts.

They aren’t really siblings in the normal sense.
They are fragments of the same being, pieces of the Juubi’s chakra given form and consciousness.
That’s why they can sense each other, why they have similar personalities in some ways, and why they can be combined back into the Ten Tails.

The Tailed Beasts aren’t just random monsters. They are literally living pieces of an ancient god-like entity, sealed away to maintain balance.

This lore makes the whole story feel much bigger than just nine powerful animals.
