Filthy rich person driver parked Car like this & went to collect kid at BHS, Moira Street for 15mins causing trouble to many. When scolded on return, driver said slangs. Car not even fined. No rules for such cars ? Drivers? & It's owners? @KolkataPolice @KPTrafficDept @CPKolkata
