One visit to Wollaton Hall for parkrun wasn’t enough for NFR this weekend as our Sunday long run group headed there for some hills on their 16km route 💪

Our long runs continue & today’s 11km finished at the fab @ThePrideShopUK. As well as coffee & cake we picked up new (dry) socks & rainbow laces!

🎢 This weekend, NFR took on the ups and downs of the Alton Towers 5K, 10K and Half Marathon! From twists and turns to steep climbs, it was a rollercoaster of emotions. Some of us sprinted like we were on Rita, while others dug deep like the depths of Oblivion! 🚀

Did you spot our Frontrunners at the MoRunning 10k in Nottingham this Saturday? It was an important event raising funds and awareness for Movember, with a large turnout from the Nottingham running community.
