@financialsamura This is one of the worst financial takes I’ve ever read & shows a total lack of the understanding of compounding. The reason most ppl don’t have money is because they spend it all. If you save & compound at 10% over several decades it is shocking the wealth you can accumulate.
@moseskagan Sincere Q: Why is this so important for a family office? Feels v. solvable at scale by hiring good outside talent with aligned incentive structures. Family advisory board gives lt purpose. Kids aren’t forced into roles they didn’t want or have to compete for. More objective mgmt.
