It’s not every day you stumble across a recording in which U.S. citizens discuss plans to declare the federal government illegitimate.

Here’s one particularly alarming excerpt:

“If the federal government’s deemed to be illegitimate … then the governors become the leading governing authority under the current republic framework of our Constitution.”

And then there’s this one:

“I really want to emphasize this is not a concept for a secession. No one is talking about leaving the United States.”

Of course they’re not “talking about leaving the United States”; they’re talking about a planned transfer of governing authority outside the constitutional process—replacing the authority of the federal government with governors and outside networks.

I hope this turns out to be a deep fake or a bad practical joke—because if it’s real, it’s unbelievably frightening.

Either way, it’s a good reminder to vote carefully in November.

🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨

I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it.

I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute.

Here's the primer:

USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.

Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building.

You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more.

Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.

This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.

In their own words:
"We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.

Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.

DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.

Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.

The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings.

Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff.

In the words of Reiff/DRG:
"So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan."

Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress."

Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond.

The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape.

Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.

I just caught up on some of the recent posts from @DataRepublican, and they’re chilling—not primarily because they outline a violent uprising, but because they reveal a strategy of manufacturing a constitutional crisis in which states declare the federal government illegitimate. What’s alarming is the sheer ignorance and hubris of the people treating this as a workable path. They appear to believe such a rupture can be contained or directed, yet they show little understanding of either American history or the practical consequences of delegitimizing the federal order.

The people driving this approach are largely led by academics who have never borne responsibility for real-world outcomes, military officers who couldn’t produce a coherent strategy to win a twenty-year war, and former intelligence officials whose records inspire little confidence. They seem prepared to sacrifice institutional stability—and the young idealists who would be drawn into the resulting chaos—while remaining safely removed from the fallout themselves.

What they fail to grasp is that the Constitution is not merely a set of rules that can be voided by state declaration. It is bound to the oaths of those sworn to defend it and to the habits of a population raised on the Bill of Rights. America is not Europe, China, or any other society in which a central authority can be nullified with limited resistance. Attempts to engineer a crisis of legitimacy will not remain a matter of legal posturing. They will collide with people who take their oaths seriously, and the resulting contest over authority is unlikely to stay bloodless.

The American Civil War remains the deadliest conflict in U.S. history. Roughly 2% of the population died—men, women, and children—in what was, by historical standards, a relatively conventional war fought between uniformed armies. Scaled to today’s population, that figure approaches 7.5 million dead. A modern breakdown in which states and the federal government treat one another as illegitimate would almost certainly be worse: a grinding conflict fought in neighborhoods, towns, and cities, where the line between friend and enemy would be unclear and ordinary life would become impossible. Anyone of consequence would carry a target, and trust would collapse.

This is not a call for violence. It is a plea to avoid the conditions that make violence probable. Many of us have seen what war actually does, and we understand the cost that would be imposed on the next generation because some believe their preferred political outcome can be forced by creating a crisis of legitimacy. Trump leaves office in two years. If the goal is to alter the constitutional order, the Framers already provided the mechanism for doing so. Use it. Do not manufacture a crisis that invites states to treat the federal government as illegitimate while others pay the price.

As Sherman put it: “It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, more vengeance, more desolation. War is hell.”

One other thing about the American Color Revolution.

I'm hearing a lot of very sober conservatives saying that there is no there there in the various videos from the @DataRepublican drops, and that these people are LARPers fantasizing about events that can never, ever happen in the USA.

I have two rebuttals to that sentiment:

1. These are serious people. Ex-USAID employees. Admirals and generals. Ex-State Department. Ex-CIA. Big donors. While some of them may look like goofy LARPers on Zoom, IRL they are serious, highly credentialed leftists with skills, education and experience that should not be taken lightly.

2. Underestimate these people at your own peril. "They could never pull this off in the USA!" Oh really? Exhibit A that they absolutely could pull something this extreme off is how they crippled the Trump 45 Presidency with a totally fake, totally fabricated "Trump/Russia Collusion" hoax, a hoax that started at the Oval Office of Mr. Community Organizer himself, Barack Obama.

Do not underestimate these plotters, please.

⚠️REMINDER⚠️

In August 2025, Trump declared a crime emergency in DC, invoked the Home Rule Act, deployed the US MIL/NG to DC, and they have been there ever since.

Not only have 4,500+ troops been deployed to DC, they have been securing subterranean facilities and transportation hubs around city, as well as building the White House’s new subterranean facilities and ballroom, with drone port. Trump is also building his triumphal arch, which is really a US MIL installation with a drone port.

Trump and the US MIL began securing DC last year, and I think it’s because they know something is coming. That’s why the Dems are so mad about the White House renovations and enhanced security. They know it’s getting done ahead of schedule and they don’t want Trump or the city to be secure for the chaos they have planned.

This is also why Trump ordered 23,500 Quick Reaction Force National Guard troops to be on standby, since January 1st of this year. 500 quick response troops in every state.

Trump has been preparing for this from the beginning. The US MIL have quietly been securing the nation this entire time, and the DOJ/FBI/DHS have been cleaning up the terror networks and sleeper cells.

I think Trump has already quietly secured the election, and the Dems know it.

I think the Dems have internally conceded that they are going to lose in November without their fraud capabilities, and they are already preparing for their next play after the midterms, which is full-on insurrection.

I think the Dems/MSM will go into an absolute frenzy to protest the results of the election, and they will try to incite a nationwide insurrection. They are going to point at all of their fake polls showing how Dem candidates were projected to win big, and use that as “proof” that the midterms were rigged by Trump, or Putin, or Elon, etc.

The Deep State know they have lost control of the system, and now their only hope is insurgency. Thankfully, Trump and the US MIL spent years preparing for this. They already have QRF NG forces on standby for every state, DC has already been secured by the US MIL, and Kavanaugh already conceded Trump has the Constitutional authority and precedent to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Tariffs paid for 94.9% of the federal government in 1860 and still 44% in 1913. By 1920, after the income tax arrived, that was down to 4.8%. Today income taxes bring in about 60% of federal revenue, and tariffs were 3.7% in fiscal 2025, up from 1.6% the year before.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨

Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution.

Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone.

The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T.

R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that.

R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative.

Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A.

It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth.

You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to.

Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants.

As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them.

Important to understand:
The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

As many of you know, in recent days Data Republican has been releasing transcripts, videos and audio recordings of a group of groups plotting to use violence to force President Trump to take protective actions (i.e., the Insurrection Act) that will result in the overthrow of our Constitution in favor of the will of Democrat governors.

These groups include former USAID employees and other ex-national security officials, and the plans they discuss are straight out of the color revolution tactics, techniques and procedures those same people have been using for decades to overthrow foreign governments unfriendly to the USA.

The plotters behind this effort are obviously alarmed by the recent public uncovering of their conspiracy, so they have done what any reputable Democrat determined to overthrow the electoral choices of the American people would do: run to a friendly press outlet to drop a soft-pedaled puff piece to run top cover for their efforts, and blame Trump.

If you read this article, it does not talk about a coup conspiracy. Instead it talks about a bunch of well-meaning, patriotic, anonymous ex-national security officials simply trying to protect America from the evil dictator Trump destroying “our democracy.”

This article itself is straight out of the color revolution tactics—it’s propaganda designed to condition a populace to accept illegitimate actions.

The Washington Post is part of the plot.

🚨 BREAKING: The feds just moved to seize half a city block in Minneapolis, reportedly bought with stolen SNAP money.

Per the White House fraud task force, DOJ's new National Fraud Division filed yesterday to take back property that was fraudulently bought with food stamp dollars meant for hungry Minnesotans.

Then the speaker turned to the press in the room: "None of your outlets reported it. It took one brave kid and a camera."

That learning center was cited hundreds of times, and the legacy media sat on it for years.

Nick Shirley did their job for free. Now Trump is taking the money back, one city block at a time.

To be clear:

Once this shift is over, you will not paying income taxes to the State;

1. There was never any real need for you to be doing that

2. The size of the federal government is being reduced

3. The massive, mind-boggling levels of fraud/theft/money laundering that was going on is being reduced by the week. The Trump administration may very well have shut off around $1 trillion of theft/fraud in just the past 17 months. More fraud gets detected and shut down every day.

4. Most of what you have programmed to view as 'the national debt' was not debt incurred by the citizens of the nation, but rather the massive fraud expenses of a Transnational Crime Syndicate franchise here in the United States disguised as a federal government.

5. You've been programmed to believe in a 'sliding scale' of taxation on the fruits of American labor as the 'incompetent State' frantically tries to keep the lights on the bills paid to avoid default on loans and being overcome by its very necessary debts. That was and always has been a carefully maintained illusion being presented to you by mobsters.

You do not owe your own money that was stolen from you by a crime syndicate that defrauded you after it took your money from by force.

6. The US federal government could have **always** been paying its operational expenses via trade deals and tariffs. The reason it hasn't been doing that for over 100 years is that we became the captured nation of a Transnational Crime Syndicate, which established a local 'franchise' in Washington DC.

7. Once this shift is finished, and the US federal government is completely supporting its annual operational expenses from trade/tariffs, and manufacturing/utilization of national resources, the 'need' for the US federal government to 'support itself' by extracting well over $2 trillion/year from it's citizens via income taxation is gone.

8. But the shift won't stop with merely the cessation of the State coercing you into handing over 3-6 months-worth of the fruits of your labors. Its not just that the unnecessary taxation will stop. Its going to be reversed. A Criminal State spent over 100 years robbing you, your parents, your grandparents. You can be compensated for that. And you will be.

9. A very real outworking of a civilizational shift from Debt Slave to Citizens Shareholder is that instead of a Criminal State lording it over Debt Slaves, we will have got a Stewardship State that is sharing the profits generated by the national resources and the national manufacturing activities with the citizens driving the profits.

10. The biggest civilizational shift will be how the Citizen Shareholder of the future starts life after this Great Transition is over. Children of this current time will start out with a bank account literally funded for them, waiting for them. They will not be starting from zero and then laboriously attempting to build wealth from that zero while the Criminal State is leeching 1/3rd or more of their efforts and taking it. Wealth building will start at birth, and accrue without the State jumping in there to steal any of it. In fact, thanks to people like Elon Musk and Donald Trump and Scott Bessent, value will be ADDED to the accounts as the child grows into adulthood. This is going to have all kinds of impacts on how the society orders and structures itself.

11. You have spent all your lives in a system of rampant, illegal and excessive taxation by a criminal state where you struggled to make ends meet as you labored all of your life, working hard, watching up to 1/3rd or more of your labor's results taken from you, while you tried to maintain a home, raise children, give them the best start when they launched out on their own. You were seriously being handicapped by your own criminal government...and it is the only life you have ever known.

That old life...is ending. Your children will never experience it.

12. The life of a Citizen Shareholder will look nothing like the life of the Globalist Debt Slave. I hope you can see that at this point. Instead of taxes taken away by a Shadow Government Franchise, while you tread water and try to keep from drowning, dividends sent into bank accounts owned by all citizens put all those citizens on an equal footing in an equal relationship with The Stewardship State. Citizens can still be dirt poor...but they'll have to really WORK at it. You've grown up working hard like a mofo to make it on your own while the Crime State robbed you blind and found a thousand different ways to hem you in and set up barriers all around you. And your kids. It's different in the New American Golden Age where by the time a citizen turns 18, and their parents launch them, instead of starting with whatever the parents scraped and fought to save up over the years, there's an account sitting there with a couple hundred thousand dollars in it.

13. And the couple hundred thousand dollars waiting in the account won't be in the same fiat/inflationary/debt currency that's been foisted on our country for over the last century. That money will not be subject to inflationary devaluing as billions or trillions more dollars are printed by fiat. It will not matter who gets their hands on it first, and what they spend it on. The value of that 'Golden Age Dollar' only goes up or down based on the value of the **assets backing it**. Not based on how hard or fast someone is running a digital printing press somewhere.

14. The 'rat race' lifestyle where people work a job for up to 40 hours a week - a job they often hate - just to survive, pay their bills, including their income tax burden...is going to disappear. To buy a house, to pay for the kids college, to help the kids launch on adulthood, to support themselves, under the Debt Slave system this required a significant amount of your efforts and your time. Elon has already tried to explain this several times, how this old system is going away, but people just mock him and say he's saying crazy stuff. But its true. That old Debt Slave system is going away. And once its gone, it won't be coming back.

15. The Transition Generation will have experienced life under both The Old Debt Slave Model being deceptively run on them by a U.S. Shadow Government franchise of a Transnational Crime Syndicate, and the New American Golden Age Model being transparently and openly and honestly run with them by a U.S. Sovereign Nationalist Government.

No one will have to 'explain' to that transitional generation which model is better for them and their children. Just a few years of living under the New, and a return to the Old shall be impossible.

16. Those who have vested interests in continuing The Old Debt Slave Model - and there are many! - have been fighting the launch of The New American Golden Age Model with everything that is in them. They profit vastly from the old model, and are determined to maintain it, defend it, expand it. As the civilizational shift accelerates, the Old Model geopolitical structures will crack, fracture, and collapse. Propaganda outlets will collapse under the weight of their own propagandistic absurdities as they frantically try to slow down or turn back a public of citizens eagerly and enthusiastically embracing the New American Golden Age.

17. Go vote in these midterm elections. Take 10 people with you. Don't listen to assholes trying to suppress your vote so they can maintain control of the Senate and keep Trump from having control of it instead.

• We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan to us.
• Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.
• Criminals are caught-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.
• And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!
Nothing makes sense anymore, no values, no morals, no civility and people are dying of a Chinese virus, but it racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China.
We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong, but killing innocent babies is right.
