The sentence given to Julius is very odd,

I mean look at Oscar’s Pretorius’s sentencing, they first gave him 5 Years in prison for Culpable Homicide(Murder) in 2015, later resentenced after an appeal to 6 years in prison up to the final sentencing of 13 yrs 5 mths.

Just a look at the 1st and 2nd sentences, does Malemas firearm discharge case weight the same as Oscars Murder case???

Then how can we not say this is a political backed sentence??
