Dispute Oracle for tokenized stocks with paradigm AMMs on Robinhood

@RobinhoodCrypto launched with real stocks onchain and no way to settle what happens to them.

So we built it. @NovakOracle is now submitted to the Crypto World's Fair @colosseum @solana @mattytay

✓ Traded a live AAPL range market
✓ Created a Barça vs Real Madrid market
✓ Disputed an outcome, watched the committee vote

3 minutes, all live on testnet: real trades, a real dispute, a real committee vote

The dispute layer for prediction markets on Robinhood Chain:
→ resolvers settle real stock events
→ bonded committees, never token votes
→ can't agree? Everyone gets refunded

Resolve it right, or refund it all!

@RobinhoodCrypto put real stocks onchain.
Launched on July 26, but with no prediction markets & no dispute layer.

So what we did differrent?

Built on the layer:

• Range markets (LMSR AMM): buy a price range; prices = the crowd's forecast

• Yes/no + composite markets (AND / OR / BEFORE)

• Every fee split ⅓ resolvers · ⅓ jurors · ⅓ treasury

Plug it into any market: our SDK, a Solidity base contract, or Docker.

@RobinhoodCrypto put real stocks onchain. It launched with no prediction markets and no dispute layer.

So we built both from scratch.

Novak: the dispute oracle layer for tokenized stocks, and a paradigm AMM market on top of it.

[Novak @NovakOracle]

How Novak settles a fact:

→ Resolvers read @chainlink + @RobinhoodCrypto stock tokens
→ 2-of-3 quorum proposes, evidence public
→ Anyone can dispute with a bond
→ Committees of ≤7, then ≤15, need 66%
→ No consensus? VOID, full refunds

Resolve it right, or refund it all

We pitched our product to @kirat_tw
He really liked it..

Now its time to serve what we are cooking.

Some moments feel bigger than they look.

I’ve been watching @kirat_tw from my school days, learning what Web3 was, how to code, and eventually building my own things because of the curiosity those videos sparked.

Today, I finally got to pitch my idea to him for the Crypto World Fair Hackathon by @colosseum @solana.

Imagine from studying from his web3 & DevOps cohort borrowed from others cuz didn't had the money to buy the course to pitching infront of him today. No matter what the inner child is happy today.

And the craziest part? He really liked the idea & the product infra, shared his technical perspective, and even suggested ways I could make the product stronger.

Getting that validation from someone who unknowingly played such a big part in my journey means a lot to me.

From learning Web3 or even how to code through his videos to pitching in front of him is truly a full-circle moment.

Thank you, @kirat_tw . 🙏

Special thanks @SkyyCodes @manovmandal @Dev_anik2003 for hosting the @SuperteamIN kol buildstation for @colosseum
