My Mum died this afternoon.

She was a big supporter of mine, through Walks Around Britain, my freelance writing and more recently my fiction series @WalkerMysteries.

She loved my first book - that's what Mum's are for! - and pushed me to write more.

Couldn't sleep, despite being really tired. Wracked with worry, anxiety and insecurity. Could be the new meds, I guess.
