@CPindil@HandDocHTX@elonmusk Absolutely Not, you cannot have the Fox guarding the Hen house. No way that will be in society interest because greed will cripple the system even further when you let Doctors worry about maximizing their profits at the expense of delivering care.
@mississippi1962@AnarchyHabitat@fowlytweets Please understand that they are trying to undermine & gut FDIC deposit insurance, so your money can be gambled on to make Wallstreet crooks even richer & when banks fail, you loose your money. Make the right moves for yourself.

@ofthequietmind@RetroCoast MBAs & Greedy CEOs in a company are the worst things that could ever happen for consumers. Not to mention sleazy Marketing/PR buffoons who master lying and hyping up junk. They are useless pos
@ThatYidDaniel@BioLayne Dude, you seem to have comprehension issues. He never said carnivore will not help you on the issues you mentioned, but long term avoidance of modrate intake of fiber & other carbs will have a lasting dangerous effect on your health indirectly - vitamins & minerals he mentioned
@DrDiGiorgio Dude, no society wants Doctors to be marketeers or for profit machines. That's not what medicine is about. Doctors are supposed to be healers, not embezzlers whoes main focus is to find a way to rip off people & bleed the system dry using their profession as a leverage
@MALGIS31@BladeoftheS Do you ever realize how much total tax you pay here?? Federal Tax + State Tax + SS Tax + Medicare Tax + Workers Comp Tax = ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ. Plus Sells Tax + Property Tax + Vehicle Tax + All kind of other Taxes in your Utilities (Water, Electricity, Internet, Gas), Phone and other Bills
@DutchRojas Non-profit is just a lable these days many use to scam the system or anyone while avoiding paying taxes. Non-profit hospitals especially like Kaiser, Sutter Health are on other level of scams. The corruption is next level

@shopalyssablack @FearedBuck There is no legitimate backing of any cryptocurrency. It is not a gov approved or regulated currency. There is no laws that will protect you, nor have any tangible rules that regulates it. It can be banned anytime if gov wants to. It is all a scam
@RussellKirkDDS@DutchRojas Let's be honest though, Dental offices get CT scan machines mainly as a profit machine. They tell their patients they need to do CT scan for some procedures that absolutely don't need it just because it generates higher profits. The problem now adays is lack of honor & morality
@BeckyBP@DutchRojas First stop paying Hospitals' CEO & executives 10s of millions of dollars in compensation, as well as stop outsourcing some of the backend functions to insurance companies to funnel the money. This will help hospitals' manufactured loss to disappear
@JeffryGerberMD@DutchRojas@SimonMedImaging Anything that is owned by private equity is sinister. You may think the price is low now, but once they corner the market, the ripoff to insanity begins. What you need is independently owned imaging centers that are NOT owned by Wallstreet goons
@johncardillo D. It outlawed charging women more for health insurance coverage
E. It banned insurance companies from denying critical procedures to patients that were deemed necessary by their doctors
F. It set a maximum out of pocket expenses (~$6,750/year) for consumers to prevent insurance
@johncardillo insurance companies had lifetime benifits caps of $1mill and in some cases $500K - get cancer and see how long that benefit lasts)
C. It made it illegal for insurance companies to raise premiums or drop coverage when a patient gets sick (which the usual used to o prior to ACA)
@Patrici48060503@cindylpc@ProfYolonda@UHC "Medicare advantage" plans by private insurance companies are nothing more than scammers that found a backdoor to scam the gov of Medicare dollars. They are sucking money out of the system which could have been used towards more seniors care. They are middle men who saw an
I needed an MRI and had heard mixed things about pricing.
I decided to visit SimonMed, an independent radiology chain, and paid $400 for my scan.
I nearly fell over when I found out that Banner, a large not-for-profit health system in Arizona, gave me a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of $5,100 for the exact same service.
And yes, I know what youโre thinkingโโcharges versus paidโโbut this was the cash price I paid, no insurance involved.
Why would a not-for-profit hospital demand nearly 15 times more?
These are the real questions we need to be asking in healthcare.
