💜 I have never been more proud of this work empowering women at such a critical time for us to vote in our country. Today and everyday we honor the women who have gone before us paving a way for our rights, our liberty & our equality #19thAmendment#SheDC 💜
Today, we honor the women who stood for justice in the face of oppression, and commit to the work that’s left to achieve true equality.
In DC, we don’t just say women can be strong leaders… We show our young girls that women ARE strong leaders.
