At Our ERA WOA Kickoff on Monday, Rosie Couture from @genratify and @JCarrollFoy discussed why we need the ERA and why we need it NOW. Women are disproportionately impacted by a number of social issues, whether that be food and housing insecurity, domestic violence, or equal pay.

After decades of work at the grassroots level, the ERA is closer than it has ever been to being enshrined into the U.S. Constitution. To push it past the finish line, we, along with NOW’s Campus Action Networks, are leading an ERA Week of Action from October 11th-17th.
