After almost 12 years it comes to an end.

A massive thank you to Fnatic for believing in me, supporting my growth, and making my childhood dream a reality. Going from watching my idols as a kid to actually sharing the jersey with them is more than I ever could have imagined. For the past 12 years, you’ve been my home, my family, and my life. It has been an absolute honor and privilege to represent the black and orange for such a long time.

To all my past teammates, coaches, and staff: thank you for everything. Through the highs and the lows, we built memories that I will cherish forever. Each of you left a footprint on my journey, and I hope I did the same for yours. I could never have achieved any of this without you. Best of luck boys.

To the fans: I know it’s been a rough ride lately, but I want you to know that we showed up and put the work in every single day. Sometimes things don’t go your way, but I can honestly say I gave it everything I had until the very last day. I’m leaving with my head held high and I’ll always look back on my time at Fnatic knowing I left everything out there.

Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Samuelsson. We’ve survived every project, many meetings, and chaotic times together. Thanks for being a very professional colleague but most important, a friend for life. You the goat.

ROSTER UPDATE: As we continue to rebuild and restructure our CS2 roster, Christopher “dexter” Nong has been moved to the inactive roster.

With Elisa Masters Espoo 2023 starting within a few days, we will provide further updates on our roster for the tournament soon. #ALWAYSFNATIC

As we continue the process of rebuilding our CS2 roster with the ambition of competing against the very best, today we say farewell to Fredrik ‘Roej’ Jørgensen. Moving forward he’ll be competing at @PreasyEsport and reuniting with Nico ‘nicoodoz’ Tamjidi.

Over the last year and a half, his proficient entry fragging ability and exceptional in-game skills have been instrumental in attaining legends status and bringing Fnatic back to the Majors (namely Rio and Paris) to lifting the trophy at Elisa Masters 22. We extend our thanks to him for his invaluable contributions and we know he will be Always Fantic 🙂

What’s next for Fnatic? We are actively looking at the options available to bolster our roster and will take the necessary time to ensure we field the most competitive line-up possible.

CS2 UPDATE: As you may have heard, William ‘Mezii’ Merriman will be leaving our team to further his career elsewhere. He has been an incredible team member and a vital part of our roster. While we intended to continue our journey together, he had an option to be acquired in the final year of his contract, which after discussing it with him, we respected his wishes and facilitated the move.

For over two years, Mezii has been a leader, an incredible player, and generally a great part of our roster. We see him as part of the family and are thankful for his contributions. We know our fans and everyone within Fnatic will miss his explosive plays and attitude. We wish him all the best in his new adventure.

The path to the top of CS2
With this move, our focus turns to what's next for Fnatic CS2, for which we’ve not had the best start. We have significant ambitions in CS2 and have a lot of work ahead of us to build a world-class roster that can reach the absolute top. We will not rest in this mission and know this will require investment, which we’re prepared and ready to make. We are working with the central teams who work across our top Valorant and League rosters, to support these efforts as we seek a replacement and begin the path of upgrading our roster in the coming months. CS Team Update: With the ongoing changes to our CS team, we bid our farewell to @nicoodoz as he is moved to the bench whilst he assesses his current opportunities.
