@Tsietsi_Mohale It's not taboo but I always put myself in the shoes of the relative who will time and again be required to retell that story, the hurt they feel. If you're early enough you can catch the cause of death at the funeral as most families designate a some1 to speak to that.
The real cause of cancer was identified in 1931.
The man behind the discovery won a Nobel Prize, then was buried by the pharmaceutical industry.
Here's what Dr. Otto Warburg found:
1. “Cancer cells thrive in high-sugar environments.”
Highlight of my week?
Dropping off my little sister at her first interview Friday morning at a primary school in Ekurhuleni.
They apparently had to release 3 foreign teachers.
@JacintaNgobese you will never fully understand what you have done for the youth of this country
I had surgery a few weeks ago. Pre cancer, they said.
My doctors found abnormal cells during a routine biopsy they said would become cancer again if they didn’t take them out.
Two days before my surgery, a close friend asked me.
Are you afraid?
And without a second thought, I answered:
Nah, God has got me.
You know why I can have that level of confidence and faith in God?
Because I have receipts.
In 2022, as a first year PhD student, I fought cancer and won.
I had major open abdomen surgery in the middle of a semester and still finished that semester & my PhD one year early, with a perfect 4.0 CGPA.
That was my own story. My own personal miracle.
So when this diagnosis came, there was no lashing out. No God why me. No life is unfair.
Instead, all I felt was gratitude.
Thank God the doctors found the abnormal cells before they became cancer again.
Thank God there was a solution.
Thank God I live in a country like the US where I had access to quality healthcare.
Thank God. Thank God. Thank God.
My surgery was successful. I have been mending well.
My total faith and dependence is on God.
I know that if He did it before, he is more than capable of doing it again.
And if cancer ever tries to rear its ugly head, God is more than able.
You see, perspective is everything.
Whatever you are walking through right now, look back before you look up.
You probably have survived things you were sure would break you.
You have receipts too.
Let them steady you.
Happy Monday.

Never limit your prayer just because you think you're sinful or undeserving. You're not praying because of who you are - you're praying because of who He is!
It is sickening how some Home Affairs officials dont care about this country or their fellow citizens. Destroying someone's life like this is just pure evil.
Nah guys, we are not talking enough about this Home Affairs minister. I dont know whether its because he is white, we are ignoring him. We talk about Stella Ndabeni, Khubayi, Lamola, but we exonerate this one 🤔
🗞️ 🚨 ACTIONSA LAUNCHES ONLINE PORTAL TO REPORT ILLEGAL OCCUPATION OF RDP HOUSES BY FOREIGN NATIONALS
ActionSA Joburg MMC Candidate for Human Settlements, Zandile Dabula, has today officially launched the Online Reporting Portal for Illegal Occupation of RDP Houses by Foreign Nationals.
This platform emanates from recognising the injustice of South African citizens who are marginalised from access to public housing due to foreign nationals who occupy the houses and use them for profitable means.
Residents are encouraged to report through this link provided: https://t.co/hmRhttRGz5

Look at how South Africans are embracing this Checkers Sixty60 job opportunity.
We were told by the EFF and undocumented migrants that South African men don’t want jobs that pay R4,500 per week.
Yet thousands of South Africans are showing they’re willing to work when opportunities become available.
I used to be like you until I met my partner & we started attending our consults together. Man casually starts a conversation with the doctor abt anything he can think of, as a result some consults the doctor does them for free.
Yesterday a South African patriot was abducted against his will after he demanded that a Pakistani shut down his shop. An arrogant Pakistani standing nearby called in local thugs, who then kidnapped the brave patriot. We need every detail on this incident immediately and hope a case has already been opened with @SAPoliceService so we can go to the area and make sure that shop is permanently closed, and ensure these dangerous Pakistanis are thrown out. This is within the constraints of the LAW and no patriot should harassed, assaulted or abducted for merely telling a foreigner to leave this country.
