Sir why Right to Education Policy is not applicable in every states. I think that policy is the best in terms of age appropriate curriculum. If there is hard deadline of age for particular class then that is best.

Sir, right to education policy is not applicable in hyd school.For PP1 3.5 yr should be there.Schools starts their sessions from April & kids are not fitting to age crietria & they take admission. As per RTE 30th Sep is cut off date and many states strictly follow.

Sir, As per CbSE session should start from April for Class 1, why for PP1/2class schools are starting from April why not June. When session starts from April kids doesn't come to age criteria as per RTE still parents take admission.
RTE isn't not being followed .
