MR concordant lesions w minimal disease elsewhere are rare. Those are the easy ones. Need to be honest and realistic with the other 90%. Gr8 option for some men!

@daviesbj @UroOncMD and I have a little MRI implementation grant asking this exact question. Our wait times in 🇨🇦 are long. We’re trying to find that number. Interviewing patients/MDs. Hoping to inform funding. Important and practical question in juristictions w long waits

@daviesbj @arvinkgeorge @kjdelay1 @dr_coops I can’t remember the last time we treated GG1 w our focal ablative therapies (HIFU, laser, PDT etc) up in 🇨🇦. Patients definitely push for it though…! Its on us to maintain that AS is preferred treatment for GG1. Urovigilance 💪
