Not just Tajikistan and Pakistan but even your own ally Russia claims there are terrorist groups operating from the soil of Afghanistan under the Taliban regime. This is not an accusation but a fact. The NRF has been saying this since 2021!

The spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Zabihullah Mujahid, responded to the recent statements of the interior ministers of Tajikistan and Pakistan, saying that no armed group is operating in Afghanistan.
