After looking at the radar, we are CANCELING PRACTICE for today. Distance do a 20 minute recovery run. Sprinters do 8 build-ups.

Sprint workout: time trials. Distance workout: 5 minute race pace and then 8 x 150.

Sprint workout: 4 x 100 with 20 seconds recovery between each one. Distance workout: 30 minute LSD. Time trials tomorrow @ 10am!
