Safe Routes to School Initiative at Verde K-8 School in North Richmond. This collaboration between county, city, and community non-profits and leaders has led to significant street improvements and art project connecting the creek to the community with art.

Cynthia Jordan has been the NRMAC Secretary for 20 years. She has been a community activist in North Richmond since the late 1970's. She participated in most major neighborhood revitalization projects in North Richmond. She is a board commissioner for the CCC Housing Authority.

NRMAC Leaders: Mr. Gilmore has over 36 years of experience in affordable housing development, comprehensive community improvement services and program and revitalization efforts. Don has been the Executive Director of Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) since 1992.
