Have Discussed with Vice President of Chonbuk National University S. Korea and his team and Makerere University, and agreed on student exchange Undergraduate, Masters and PhD in addition to the Dairy improvement and Embryo transfer project etc. funding by S. Korean government.

I have left for Cape Town, South Africa, where I will join other leaders for the 28th World Economic Forum on Africa. The Forum's theme (Shaping Inclusive Growth and Shared Futures in the Fourth Industrial Revolution), is timely.
