I would like to draw your kind attention to a matter of grave concern regarding the persistent non-issuance of MST (Monthly Season Ticket) to daily passengers at the Ticket Booking Counter of Rahama Railway Station.

However, the concerned staff categorically refused to issue the MST and stated that it was not possible to provide the ticket.

When I asked the reason for such refusal,I was surprised to hear the staff state that he did not know how to book or issue

Humble request for urgent intervention regarding persistent detention and late running of Paradeep–Cuttack MEMU Morning Train No. 68402 at Kandarpur, Bhadrak–Cuttack MEMU Evening Train No. 68437, and Cuttack–Paradeep Evening Train No.68401.
